Welcome to Electric Supply Connection. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. These Terms govern the sale of products and services offered by Electric Supply Connection. Please read them carefully.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content on our website or other platforms are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products sold or to refuse service to anyone.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, errors in the product information, pricing issues, or availability.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION: Upon placement and payment of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This serves to confirm that we have received your order request. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is correct. If you do not receive an email confirmation or if there is an error in the confirmation, please contact us at weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com within one (1) hour from the time you submitted your order. Please note that our online support hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time. If you contact us outside of these hours—on weekends, holidays, or after business hours—we will make it a priority to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible on the following business day.

5. PRICES: All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed. Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges will be added to the total amount during the checkout process. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase.

6. PAYMENT METHODS: Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept various payment methods including Credit Cards and Debit Cards. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you will pay all charges incurred.

7. TAXES: All taxes, duties, imposts, fees, or any charges from any governmental body that shall be levied, imposed on, or increased by any governmental authority will be added to the order total where required by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with any tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

8. DELIVERY: We shall make reasonable efforts to promptly arrange for the delivery of your order by a third-party carrier. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and other factors.

9. DELIVERY CHARGES: Shipping charges are non-refundable and are calculated based on the weight and dimension of the total order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

10. LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: If your order is lost in transit or has not arrived within two (2) weeks, please reach out to us at weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it with the third-party carrier. In the event of damage, if you receive your shipment and notice any signs of damage to the exterior or packaging, please take a photo and document this carefully. If the product itself appears undamaged, you may disregard this notice. However, if the product is damaged due to issues related to the packaging, please email us at the same address within 48 hours. Be sure to include your order number, product codes, quantities, and a detailed description of the damages, along with any relevant photo and/or video evidence. We will keep you updated throughout the process and provide guidance on the next course of action.

11. SHORTAGES: If you notice any shortages, please report them via email to weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and a detailed list of the missing items, specifying the product codes and quantities. We will issue a credit for the missing items back to the original payment method you used. Claims that are incomplete or submitted more than three (3) business days after delivery will not be accepted, and no credits will be issued.

12. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you receive a defective product, please report it by email to weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, product codes and quantities, and a detailed list of the defects, along with photo and/or video evidence. Claims that are incomplete or submitted more than three (3) business days after delivery will not be accepted. We will evaluate each case of defective products individually and manage it accordingly. Moreover, please be advised that any damages resulting from improper use, handling, or installation of the product will not be considered defects under our warranty policy.

13. OTHER DISCREPANCIES: If you receive the wrong item or encounter any discrepancies, please report it by email to weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include the order number, product codes and quantities, a detailed list of the discrepancies, along with photo and/or video evidence. Claims that are incomplete or submitted more than three (3) business days after delivery will not be accepted. We will resolve any discrepancies with a replacement or correction. After you contact us, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must include the RMA. To ensure a prompt resolution, please return the incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery. A new shipment will be processed for you. Allow 14 days for us to receive and process the returned goods.

14. RETURNS FOR ESC COMPANY ACCOUNT HOLDERS: Electric Supply Connection Company Account Holders may call 1-310-442-2002 to make arrangements for the return of goods. Please note that certain items, such as customized products, cut wires, cut conduits, and special orders, are non-returnable. For your return to be processed, items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. Restocking fees and return policies may vary by item, its condition, and store terms.

15. RETURNS FOR ESC ONLINE USER CHECKOUTS: If you are unsatisfied with your order or if an item is not as described, you can initiate a return for stock items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date by emailing weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com. Please note that certain items, such as customized products, cut wires, cut conduits, and special orders, are non-returnable. For your return to be processed, items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. All items purchased online are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee if returned. Shipping is not refundable. After you contact us, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must include the RMA. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process the returned goods.

16. SHIPPING OF RETURNED GOODS: All returns must include a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You are responsible for the return method and associated costs, including shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Priority USPS) and insuring your shipment for its full value (the amount paid for the merchandise). Please note that we cannot provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or replacements for shipments that do not include a copy of the RMA, or for products that are damaged or lost.

17. REFUNDS: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. When the return is approved, a credit will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

18. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS: Once you submit your order, it will be processed immediately. You will not be able to modify, add, or remove any items. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within a maximum of one (1) hour from the time you submitted your order. 19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Electric Supply Connection be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

20. WARRANTY: All products sold are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide additional warranties unless specifically stated.

21. FORCE MAJEURE: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder if such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

22. CHANGES TO TERMS: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

23. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

25. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Electric Supply Connection regarding your purchase and supersede any prior agreements.
