RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY


At Electric Supply Connection, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return a product, request a refund, or cancel an order. To facilitate a smooth process, we have outlined our policies and procedures below. Please read these carefully to understand your rights and the steps you need to take.

A. RETURNS

1. Eligibility – You may return products within 30 calendar days from the delivery date if you are unsatisfied or if the item is not as described. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. Certain items, such as customized products, cut wires, cut conduits, and special orders, are non-returnable.

2. Returns for ESC Company Account Holders – Electric Supply Connection Company Account Holders may call 1-310-442-2002 to make arrangements for the return of goods. Please note that certain items, such as customized products, cut wires, cut conduits, and special orders, are non-returnable. For your return to be processed, items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. Restocking fees and return policies may vary by item, its condition, and store terms.

3. Returns for ESC Online User Checkouts – If you are unsatisfied with your order or if an item is not as described, you can initiate a return for stock items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date by emailing weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com. Please note that certain items, such as customized products, cut wires, cut conduits, and special orders, are non-returnable. For your return to be processed, items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. All items purchased online are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee if returned. Shipping is not refundable. After you contact us, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must include the RMA. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process the returned goods.

4. Shipping of Returned Goods – All returns must include a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You are responsible for the return method and associated costs, including shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Priority USPS) and insuring your shipment for its full value (the amount paid for the merchandise). Please note that we cannot provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or replacements for shipments that do not include a copy of the RMA, or for products that are damaged or lost.

5. Returns Due to Defective Products – If you receive a defective product, please report it by email to weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, product codes and quantities, and a detailed list of the defects, along with photo and/or video evidence. Claims that are incomplete or submitted more than three (3) business days after delivery will not be accepted. We will evaluate each case of defective products individually and manage it accordingly. Moreover, please be advised that any damages resulting from improper use, handling, or installation of the product will not be considered defects under our warranty policy.

6. Returns Due to Other Discrepancies – If you receive the wrong item or encounter any discrepancies, please report it by email to weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include the order number, product codes and quantities, a detailed list of the discrepancies, along with photo and/or video evidence. Claims that are incomplete or submitted more than three (3) business days after delivery will not be accepted. We will resolve any discrepancies with a replacement or correction. After you contact us, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must include the RMA. To ensure a prompt resolution, please return the incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery. A new shipment will be processed for you. Allow 14 days for us to receive and process the returned goods.

B. REFUNDS

1. Refund Processing – Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. When the return is approved, a credit will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Items – Certain items, such as clearance items, used or damaged products, customized products, cut wires, cut conduits, and special orders, are not eligible for a refund.

C. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

1. Order Cancellation or Modification – Once you submit your order, it will be processed immediately. You will not be able to modify, add, or remove any items. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within a maximum of one (1) hour from the time you submitted your order. Please reach out at weborders@electricsupplyconnection.com or call 1-310-442-2002. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, our customer service representative can help you cancel it. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped and you still wish to cancel, you will need to receive the package first and file for a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions. Please note that orders canceled after processing or shipping may not be eligible for a refund of shipping charges, and refunds for the order amount may only be processed if you file for a return. In rare cases, authorization to process your order may fail, or changes in our inventory may impact or delay your order. If either situation occurs, we may need to cancel or modify your order. We will notify you via email or call you using the contact information you provided about any cancellations or updates as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation Fees – Orders that are canceled after they have been processed or shipped may not be eligible for a refund of shipping charges. Refunds for the order amount may only be processed if you file for a return.
